Agreement

These terms govern your use of Bonsivo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Bonsivo Provides

Bonsivo creates AI-generated visual concepts based on tree photos and styling choices you provide. The service may include free previews, paid credit packs, project storage, comparison tools, and downloads.

Visual Inspiration, Not Horticultural Advice

Generated images are creative references, not biological forecasts, diagnoses, safety instructions, or guaranteed styling outcomes. Actual growth depends on species, health, climate, care, technique, and time. Consult a qualified bonsai practitioner before major pruning, wiring, carving, repotting, or root work.

Your Content

You retain the rights you have in photos you upload. You grant Bonsivo and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and transform that content to operate the requested service. You must have permission to use all content you upload.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Do not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, upload harmful or illegal content, probe or disrupt the service, evade usage limits, automate abusive traffic, or access another user's projects.

Credits and Payments

Credit-pack prices and included credits are shown at checkout. One Bonsivo credit currently funds one four-direction concept set unless the product page states otherwise. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and expire as disclosed at purchase. PayPal is Bonsivo's active payment processor. PayPal-hosted components handle payment credentials, and the eligible account, card, or wallet methods shown can vary by buyer, browser, device, region, merchant approval, and domain configuration. Another processor applies only if Bonsivo separately enables and identifies it at checkout. Taxes, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to applicable law and the checkout terms shown at purchase.

AI Output and Availability

AI output can contain errors, visual artifacts, or unexpected reinterpretations. We do not guarantee that every generation will complete or that outputs will meet a particular artistic or horticultural goal. Where the service detects a fully failed paid generation, it may restore the corresponding app credit. Provider outages, maintenance, or safety controls can temporarily limit availability.

Intellectual Property

Bonsivo's software, product design, brand assets, and original site content are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Suspension and Termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Bonsivo is not responsible for plant loss, property damage, or other consequences of acting on a generated concept. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded.

Changes and Contact
