Overview

Bonsivo turns a photo you provide into AI-generated bonsai styling concepts. This policy explains what information is used to operate that workflow and the choices available to you.

Information We Process

1. Account information — such as your name, email address, authentication records, and account preferences.
2. Tree photos and concept data — the source image you upload, styling choices, generation status, and generated concept images.
3. Transaction records — product, order, credit, provider identifiers, and payment status. PayPal-hosted components handle payment credentials; Bonsivo does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV values.
4. Service and security data — basic request, browser, device, error, and abuse-prevention information needed to keep the service reliable.
5. Support messages — information you choose to include when contacting support.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, generate and deliver concept images, manage credits and orders, provide downloads, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

AI, Storage, and Payment Providers

Tree photos and generation instructions may be sent to KIE.AI to create images. Images may be stored using Cloudflare R2. PayPal is the active payment processor and may show eligible PayPal account, card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay options. Additional payment processors receive information only if Bonsivo separately enables them. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We share only what is reasonably needed for the requested service.

Image Privacy

Project image routes require account access and ownership checks. Bonsivo does not use your uploaded tree photos to claim ownership of your tree or your original photography. Avoid uploading people, private documents, precise location markers, or content you do not have permission to use.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account, project, transaction, and security records as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. You may request account or project-data deletion through support. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where law or legitimate operational needs require it.

Sharing and Sale

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers operating the product, to comply with lawful requests, or to protect users, Bonsivo, and the public.

Security

We use access controls, transport encryption, private project endpoints, and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may update account information in Settings and contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Available rights can vary by location.
